IP is CSEM
Induced Polarization is a special case of the Controlled Source Electromagnetic (CSEM) method where the resistivity is a function of frequency. By modeling the entire physics of the EM response, covering the entire frequency range, can both inprove the interpretability of the IP response and extend the depth of investigation of investigation.

We have developed a new magnetic field sensor, which covers the entire frequency band from 10 KHz to 1000 seconds without interruption of the acquisition process. The noise envelope of this sensor meets or exceeds the performance of all competing sensors.
TEM-4
The sensor development team has created a dB/dT sensor with an effective area of 15,000 m^2. This sensor is both smaller than the legacy TEM-3 and lower noise than the older sensor.
