Warranty

All equipment manufactured by Zonge International carries a one-year warranty, except for motor-generators, alternators, trailers, and backpacks which carry a 90 day warranty. Maintenance items such as belts, batteries, filters, tires, GTO's and SCR's are considered to be consumable and carry no warranty.

Authorized Service Centers

The Zonge International Tucson office has fully equipped repair facilities to repair equipment manufactured by Zonge International and by Elliot Geophysics.

In addition, our Adelaide office can perform many repairs on equipment manufactured by Zonge International.

Several of our agents in countries outside the U.S.A. also provide repair capabilities.

In many cases repairs can be realized over the telephone, facsimile or e-mail. Please contact us to discuss any equipment problems, and always contact us prior to returning equipment.

If it is necessary to return equipment to us for repairs, please be sure to contact your customs broker. He should instruct you on the proper procedures to follow to ensure that there will be minimal duties due when the equipment is returned to you. The procedures usually involve registering the equipment with the local customs agents.
